Monthly Virtual Offerings

Grounded Practice for Tender, Brave Humans

These are intense times.
Many of us are carrying grief, urgency, responsibility — and deep care.
Our nervous systems are stretched.
These monthly virtual circles are here to help us stay steady, connected, and grounded in what matters.
Two offerings. One shared intention: sustainable, embodied presence.
Come once or come regularly — each session stands alone.

Staying Human: Mindfulness & Self-Compassion for Intense Times

Second Tuesdays · 12pm-1pm PT
Beginning April 14, 2026 · Online

The world feels fast, loud, and overwhelming. This monthly gathering offers space to pause — not to withdraw from the world, but to meet it with greater clarity and capacity. Rooted in self-compassion and nervous system care. Open to all backgrounds and levels of experience.

Each session includes:

  • Guided meditation

  • Breathwork and/or movement (optional and can be done seated or standing)

  • Nervous system grounding practices

  • Space for reflection

We’ll explore themes such as anxiety, rest, grief, self-acceptance, and self-forgiveness — strengthening what sustains you while softening the inner critic. Time to land. To breathe. To reconnect. Pajamas welcome. Tea encouraged.
