Grounded Practice for Tender, Brave Humans

These are intense times. Many of us are carrying grief, urgency, responsibility — and deep care. Our nervous systems are stretched. These monthly virtual circles help us stay steady, connected, and grounded in what matters.

Come once or come regularly — each session stands alone.

EVERY THIRD TUESDAY

For activists, organizers, and spiritually grounded justice-seekers — including those who may not identify as “traditional” activists but feel called to show up in their own way. A monthly drop-in to sustain the long haul.

Each session includes:

  • Guided meditation and self-compassion practices for burnout

  • Breathwork and/or movement (optional and can be done seated or standing)

  • Spiritual grounding rooted in Buddhist, Jewish and Somatic teachings

  • Practical tools for sustainable engagement
