Yoga & Mindfulness for Youth & Teenagers

Today’s youth face constant distraction and pressure,
often feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

Our yoga and mindfulness programs help students build:
awareness, resilience and emotional balance-

skills they can use both in and outside of school.

Students explore mindfulness practices that help them:

Connect: Tune into themselves, others, and the world around them.
Breathe: Use the breath to manage emotions and energy.
Move: Release stress and connect to their bodies through yoga and movement.
Focus: Strengthen attention and concentration.
Relax: Reduce stress, calm overstimulation, and improve sleep.
