Educators & Helping Professionals

“Mar is wonderful! They created a self-care for teachers program for us and introduced us to a new method of meditation that was super helpful. I have been using the technique every day since, and our teachers loved it. Highly recommended.”

Supporting others is meaningful work—but it can also be demanding. Educators and helping professionals are often carrying the emotional weight of caring for others while navigating stress, change, and competing demands.

Mindfulness, self-compassion, and embodied practices offer practical tools to cultivate presence, resilience, and well-being—helping you care for yourself while continuing to show up for the people you support.

Mindfulness and Self-Care Workshops

These workshops support educators and helping professionals in strengthening presence, compassion, communication, and emotional resilience—the inner resources needed to sustain caring work. Sessions may include guided meditations, embodied practices, reflection, interactive activities, and practical tools to help participants reduce stress, navigate challenges, and develop sustainable well-being practices.

Chair Yoga Sessions

Chair yoga is a gentle, accessible form of movement suitable for all levels. Sessions include simple stretches and mindful movement to release tension, support relaxation, and reconnect with the body—without special clothing or getting on the floor.
