Older Adults & Seniors
Life brings many transitions—retirement, changes in health, shifting relationships, grief, and new seasons of identity and purpose. Mindfulness and self-compassion practices offer meaningful tools for navigating these changes with
greater ease, and resilience.
I offer accessible mindfulness, movement, and compassion-based programs that support older adults in cultivating calm, managing anxiety, improving quality of life, and building deeper connection with themselves and others.
Programs are designed for senior centers, retirement communities, assisted living communities, and older adult groups, and can be adapted for a wide range of abilities and experiences. Sessions are designed to be engaging, welcoming, and accessible, with opportunities for conversation, reflection, gentle movement, and connection. They can be adapted for a variety of abilities, needs, and group settings.
No prior mindfulness, meditation, or yoga experience required.
