Mindfulness + Self-Compassion Coaching
Come as you are. In our one-on-one sessions, I’ll support you in meeting yourself with patience, compassion, and curiosity. Together, we’ll slow down, tune in, and explore what’s alive in your mind, heart, and body—gently creating space for clarity, healing, and meaningful change.
Our sessions might include a combination of guided meditation, gentle movement, self-compassion practices, and simple tools you can bring into your daily life. You’ll be invited to listen inward, trust your intuition, and move in ways that align with your values.
My approach is trauma-sensitive and especially affirming of queer folks, spiritual seekers, and anyone walking a path outside the mainstream.
